miRNA与心血管疾病研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一类具有转录后调节活性的内源性小分子RNA,参与调控多种水平的基因表达,其调控方式主要是通过降解、翻译抑制目标mRNA。生物信息学分析显示,一个miRNA可能有多个靶基因,说明了miRNA生物学功能具有多样性。心血管疾病是威胁人类健康的最常见疾病之一,包括动脉粥样硬化、心肌肥厚、心肌梗死等多种病理性过程,近年来的研究证实了miRNA广泛参与心血管疾病的发生发展,尤其是在调控心血管重构和心力衰竭等方面发挥了重要的作用。本综述总结miRNA在心血管疾病中的表达水平及可能分子机制,探讨miRNA作为心血管疾病的诊断标志物和治疗靶点的可能性。
