芪藿复方合剂加减方配合中药灌肠治疗糖尿病肾病肾功能异常疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Qihuo Compound Mixture on Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy Renal Insufficiency Combined with Chinese Medicine Enema

目的:观察芪藿复方合剂加减方配合中药灌肠对糖尿病肾病肾功能异常的临床疗效。方法:63例糖尿病肾病肾功能异常患者随机分为治疗组31例和对照组32例,两组均给予西医对症处理,治疗组加用芪藿复方合剂配合中药灌肠,检测治疗组及对照组治疗前、治疗后3个月的肾功能、血脂、血常规、血浆白蛋白等及中医证候评分。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为80.64%,明显优于对照组53%,治疗组治疗后实验室各项指标改善明显,对照组治疗后不明显;治疗组患者在治疗后症状积分下降明显,而对照组下降不明显。结论:芪藿复方合剂配合中药灌肠治疗可改善糖尿病肾病肾功能异常患者的营养状况,改善肾功能,提高生存质量,对糖尿病肾病有较好的临床治疗作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Qihuo Compound Mixture on patients with diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency combined with Chinese medicine enema.Methods：63 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency were randomly divided into treatment group 31 cases and control group 32 cases.Two groups were given symptomatic treatment.Except for the western medicine treatment,the patients of treatment group were given Qihuo Compound Mixture treatment combined with Chinese medicine enema,3 months for a course.The renal function,blood lipids,blood routine,blood plasma albumin and TCM syndrome score of two groups were evaluated before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.64%,which was significantly better than that of control group（53%）.The improvement of laboratory indicators of the treatment group was more obvious than those of the control group.The TCM syndrome score of the treatment group decreased more obviously compared with those of the control group.Conclusion：Qihuo Compound Mixture combined with Chinese medicine enema can improve the nutritional status,renal function and the survival quality of patients with diabetic nephropathy renal insufficiency and it has better clinical therapeutic effect to diabetic nephropathy.
