HPLC同时测定复方苦参片中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱含量

Determination of Contents of Matrine and Oxymatrine in Compound Radix Sophora Flavescens Tablet by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC同时测定复方苦参片中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱的含量测定方法。方法：采用氨基柱（4.6mm×150 mm,5μm）,流动相乙腈-异丙醇-5%磷酸溶液（80∶10∶10）,流速0.8 mL/min,检测波长为220 nm,柱温30℃。结果：苦参碱在0.24~3.00μg（r=0.999 9）,氧化苦参碱在0.3368~4.2100μg（r=0.999 9）呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率苦参碱为99.94%,RSD 0.25%（n=6）,氧化苦参碱为99.97%,RSD 0.54%（n=6）。结论：该法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于复方苦参片的质量控制。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in compound Radix Sophora Flavescens tablet.Method：The HPLC method was carried out on NH2（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）column using acetonitrile-isopropyi alcohol-5% phos-phoric acid（80∶10∶10）as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min.Detection wavelength was 220 nm.The temperature of column was 30 ℃.Result：The linear ranges of matrine and oxymatrine were 0.24~3.00 μg（r=0.999 9）and 0.3368~4.2100 μg（r=0.9999）respectively.The average recoveries of two components were 99.94% with RSD 0.25%（n=6）and 99.97% with RSD 0.54%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is accurate,reliable and repeatable.It can be a method for quality control of Compound Radix Sophora Flavescens Tablet.
