Clinical Effect of TCM Treatment of Acute Hepatic Injury

目的:观察保肝益胃合剂治疗急性肝损伤的临床疗效。方法:选择急性肝损伤患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组:易善复口服治疗40例,治疗组:保肝益胃合剂口服治疗40例,口服治疗1个月,观察两组症状体征、肝功能检验变化。结果:治疗结束时,两组症状体征疗效比较总有效率对照组82.5%,治疗组87.5%。肝功能指标与本组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义,疗效显著;与对照组治疗后比较,P>0.05差异无统计学意义,疗效相当。治疗组稍优于对照组,但二者无统计学差异。结论:保肝益胃合剂对急性肝损伤患者有良好的防治作用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Baogan Yiwei mixture treatment of acute hepatic injury.Methods：80 cases were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group used Essentiale orally for 40 cases.The treatment group used Baogan Yiwei mixture orally for 40 cases.We observed the symptoms and signs and liver function changes.Results：At the end of treatment,two groups＇ total effective rates were 82.5% and 87.5% respectively in control and treatment groups.Liver function index compared with before treatment,differences were statistically significant and the curative effect was distinct.Compared with the control group after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference,P0.05 and the curative effect was the same.The treatment group was slightly better than the control group,but no statistical difference was found between two groups.Conclusion：Baogan Yiwei mixture has good prevention and treatment function in patients with acute hepatic injury.
