桃红四物汤加味联合红光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Clinical Efficacy Observation of Taohong Siwu Decoction Combined with Red Light in Treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察中药治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照的方法,将入选的83例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者按就诊号随机分为2组,治疗组予桃红四物汤加味100 mL分3次口服,对照组予口服布洛芬缓释胶囊300 mg/d、两组均采用高能窄谱红光照射患处20 min,2次/d,两组均予口服维生素B110 mg,维生素B120.025 mg,3次/d,采用视觉模拟尺评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS),分别测评治疗前、治疗6周结束后及第12周随访时的VAS评分,从而评估两种方法的疗效和安全性。结果:治疗6周结束后,治疗组VAS评分为(4.14±2.03)分,对照组VAS评分为(5.59±1.57)分,两者比较差异有统计学意义(t=-3.58,P<0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤加味联合高能窄谱红光照射可减轻带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者疼痛,改善生活质量。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Taohong Siwu Decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods：A randomized parallel design,6-week study was performed.83 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received Taohong Siwu Decoction 100 mL orally twice a day.The control group received ibuprofen sustained-release capsules 300 mg per day.Both groups were irradiated high energy of narrow spectrum red light for 20 minutes twice a day.Both groups were received vitaminB110 mg and vitaminB12 0.025 mg orally twice a day.The efficacy measure was changed in the pain score based on a visual analogue scale（VAS）from baseline to the final week of therapy.Efficacy and safety evaluation was performed at baseline,6 weeks after the treatment and the first 12 weeks of follow-up.Results：The VAS score of the treatment group was 4.14±2.03 while the control group＇s was 5.59±1.57 after 6 weeks of treatment,and the improvement was greater in the treatment group than those in the control group（t=-3.58,P0.01）.Conclusion：Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with high energy of narrow spectrum red light could markedly reduce pain intensity and improve life quality in patients with postherpetic neuralgia.
