解毒泄浊颗粒灌肠联合复方α酮酸治疗慢性肾脏病疗效及患者营养状态临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jiedu Xiezhuo Granules Combined Compound α-Ketoacid Tablets in Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease and Patients' Nourishment State

目的:观察解毒泄浊颗粒灌肠联合复方α酮酸治疗3~5期慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者的疗效及对患者营养状态的影响。方法:80例符合纳入标准的CKD患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组与对照组均给予解毒泄浊颗粒保留灌肠,治疗组加用复方α酮酸口服,疗程2个月。检测对照组与治疗组治疗前后血清尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN)、血清肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr),计算肾小球滤过率估算值(estimated glomerular filtration rate,eGFR)水平变化情况,同时检测治疗前后患者的血清白蛋白(serum albumin,Alb)、血清总蛋白(total protein,TP)及血红蛋白(hemoglobin,Hb)。结果:两组患者BUN、SCr均较治疗前下降,但治疗组BUN、SCr下降较对照组显著(P<0.05),两组患者eGFR均较治疗前上升,但治疗组eGFR上升较对照组显著(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后Alb与TP较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01),与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01),两组患者Hb均较治疗前显著上升(P<0.01),但两组相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:解毒泄浊颗粒灌肠联合复方α酮酸能够有效地治疗CKD患者,同时能够有效改善患者的营养状况。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Jiedu Xiezhuo granules combined compound α-Ketoacid tablets in treatment of 3rd^5th period chronic kidney disease and patients＇ nourishment state.Methods：The included 80 CKD patients were randomly divided into control group（n=40）and treatment group（n=40）.All patients were treated with Jiedu Xiezhuo granules used for enema.Meanwhile the treatment group was treated with compound α-Ketoacid tablets.The course of treatment was 2 months.Blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and estimated glomerular filtration rate were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Serum albumin,total protein and hemoglobin were used to evaluate the patients＇ nourishment state.Besides,the two groups were compared.Results：All patients＇ level of blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were lowered,and the distinction between treatment group and control group was statistically significant（P0.05）.All patients＇ estimated glomerular filtration rate were increased,and the distinction between treatment group and control group was statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group＇s level of serum albumin and total protein were improved（P0.01）,and the distinction compared with control group was statistically significant（P0.01）.All patients＇ levels of hemoglobin were improved（P0.01）,but the distinction between treatment group and control group wasn＇t proved a statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Jiedu Xiezhuo granules combined compound α-Ketoacid tablets can efficiently treat chronic kidney disease.The therapy can also improve patient＇s nourishment state.
