加减血府逐瘀汤联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗塞疗效观察

Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction Combined with Batroxobin in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:研究加减血府逐瘀汤联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗塞的疗效。方法:在常规用药基础上予以对照组降纤酶10 U加入生理盐水100 mL中静滴,连用3 d,然后用5 U降纤酶加入生理盐水100 mL中静滴,连用4 d。治疗组在对照组用药的基础上加用巴曲酶10、5、5 Bu,在入院第1、3、5天加入生理盐水100 mL静脉滴注,合并予以加减血府逐瘀汤。结果:治疗组显效率72.3%、总有效率94%,显著高于对照组显效率55.7%、总有效率82%;治疗组凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血激酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(Fib)等实验室检查指标比较,明显优于对照组。结论:加减血府逐瘀汤联合巴曲酶治疗急性脑梗塞疗效确切,值得推广。

Objective：To study the effect of Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with batroxobin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods：On the basis of conventional medication,the control group was given 10 U of defibrase into normal saline 100 mL for intravenous drip on 3 consecutive days,and then 5 U of defibrase was put into normal saline 100 mL for intravenous drip on the remaining 4 days.The treatment group used Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction based on the use of drugs of the control group.We combined with batroxobin 10 Bu,5 Bu,5 Bu respectively into normal saline 100 mL to intravenous drip after 1,3,5 days.Results：The effective percentage was 72.3% for the treatment group while the control group＇s was 55.7%.The total rate of improvement was 94% and 82% for the treatment group and the control group contrastively.Conclusion：Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with batroxobin in treatment of acute cerebral infarction is exact,worthy of promotion.
