小陷胸汤合平胃散治疗胃食管反流病临床观察

Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei Powder in Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

目的:观察《伤寒论》小陷胸汤合《和剂局方》平胃散治疗胃食管反流病的疗效。方法:将82例胃食管反流病患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例,采用小陷胸汤合平胃散为基本方,随症加减,每日1剂。对照组30例,采用奥美拉唑和吗丁啉口服治疗。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为82.69%和56.67%,治疗组治愈率明显优于对照组,P<0.05;随访1年,治疗组与对照组复发率分别为8.3%和26.7%,治疗组复发率明显低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:小陷胸汤合平胃散治疗胃食管反流病的疗效明显优于单纯西药的治疗。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei Powder in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods：82 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group＇s 52 cases used Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and PingweiPowder as the basic method,1 agent a day.30 cases of the control group were given the treatment with omeprazole and domperidone.Results：The treatment group and the control group＇s cure rate was 82.69% and 56.67%.The cure rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group,P0.05.1 year of follow-up later,the treatment group and the control group＇s recurrence rate was 8.3% and 26.7%.The relapse rate in treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P0.05.Conclusion：Xiaoxianxiong Decoction and Pingwei Powder＇s curative effect in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is obviously better than that of the pure western medicine.
