针刀配合推拿整复手法治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Cervical Vertigo Treated with Acupotomy Massage Manipulation

目的:观察针刀配合推拿整复手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效,探讨其疗效机制。方法:将201例颈性眩晕患者随机分为观察组(针刀配合推拿整复手法组)、对照组(推拿整复手法组),观察两组临床疗效、临床症状及X线片表现结果。结果:2个疗程结束后,两组总有效率比较χ2=4.04(P<0.05);临床眩晕症状出现频数前后比较χ2=5.66(P<0.025);治疗前后两组X线片表现方面曲度变直对照χ2=17.39(P<0.005),均具有显著差异性。结论:针刀配合推拿整复手法治疗颈性眩晕临床疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect and explore the therapeutic mechanism of acupotomy massage manipulation in treating cervical vertigo.Method：201 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into observation group（acupuncture combined with massage manipulation treatment group） and control group and massage manipulation group to observe the clinical curative effect.Two groups＇ clinical symptoms and X-ray manifestation were observed.Result：After 2 courses of treatment,the total efficiency of two groups comparison was χ2=4.04（P0.05）.Clinical symptoms of vertigo frequency before and after treatment were significant,χ2=5.66（P0.025）.Before and after treatment in the two groups,X-ray manifestations curvature were significant χ2=17.39（P0.005）,and it had significant differences.Conclusion：Acupotomology with massage manipulation in treating cervical vertigo has obvious effect.
