预见性护理在糖尿病合并低血糖中西医结合治疗患者中的应用

Foreseeing Nursing in Patients with Diabetic and Hypoglycemia Treated with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy

目的:研究在糖尿病合并低血糖采用中西医结合治疗的患者中运用预见性护理的临床效果。方法:对本院住院治疗诊断为糖尿病低血糖的患者68例进行研究。随机分成观察组与对照组,各34例。两组均予以中西医治疗和常规护理,观察组加以预见性护理。比较两组的血糖控制情况,以及随访半年内低血糖和其他并发症发生情况。结果:观察组有效控制率94.12%;对照组为88.24%,疗效相当(P>0.05)。随访半年后观察组低血糖症和感染发生率比较,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05),而昏迷和多器官功能衰竭两方面的比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并低血糖中西医结合治疗控制血糖的疗效佳,预见性护理有利于长时间维持血糖稳定,减少并发症。

Objective：To study the foreseeing nursing in patients with diabetic and hypoglycemia treated with traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy.Methods：68 cases of hypoglycemia in diabetes patients in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine therapy and routine nursing.The observation group added foreseeing nursing.We compared the control of blood glucose between the two groups and the occurrence of hypoglycemia and other complications.Results：The effective control rate of the group was 94.12%.And the control group＇s was 88.24%（P0.05）.After six months of follow-up observation,hypoglycemia and infection rate in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P0.05）and no significant differences in two aspects of coma and multiple organ failure（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for diabetic patients with hypoglycemia can control blood sugar and foreseeable nursing for long time can maintain glucose homeostasis and reduce complications.
