化疗相关性呕吐中西医防治研究进展

Study Progress of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Vomit Caused by Chemotherapy

目的:总结近年来国内外文献中涉及的化疗引起呕吐的治疗措施,反映这一专题的最新研究水平与进展。方法:主要以西医、中医、中西医结合三方面阐述化疗引起呕吐的防治进展的研究情况。文献研究发现:中、西医在对其的防治方面都取得了一定疗效,同时中西医结合治疗化疗引起的呕吐对提高患者生活质量以及化疗的顺利完成有重要意义,前景值得期待。现就近几年来治疗化疗引起的呕吐作一综述。

Objective：To summarize the related domestic and overseas medical literature in recent years in the treatment of vomit caused by chemotherapy,and to reflect the latest research levels and progress of this project.Method：It mainly focused on the Western medicine,Chinese medicine and the combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine to elaborate the research process in prevention and treatment of vomit caused by chemotherapy.It is found in literature that both Chinese and Western medicine have achieved certain effect in preventing and treating vomit caused by chemotherapy.At the same time,the integrated Chinese and Western medicine of vomit caused by chemotherapy has important significance in improving the patients＇ living quality and completing the chemotherapy smoothly.Meanwhile,the prospect of it deserves to be looked forward to.
