Clinical Teaching Experience on Pediatric Nursing

通过分析目前临床上儿科带教存在的一些问题,针对这些问题提出相应的解决方法。目前儿科带教主要包括就诊环境、护生本身、带教老师以及患者方面的诸多问题,为了提高儿科护理带教质量,让护生学习到更多有用的知识,为今后的临床工作打下基础,我们在临床实践前加强儿科理论知识培训和入科前宣教,并且选择优秀的带教老师,采用新的带教模式进行临床带教,在带教过程中注重临床技能的培养及提高护生的沟通能力与心理素质,并在带教结束前严格考核。作为一个实习教学医院,只有不断的努力,提高带教质量,才能保证培养出适应时代发展要求的新型专业护理人才。

By analyzing the current clinical pediatric teaching for a number of problems,we addressed these issues corresponding solutions.Currently,the main pediatric clinic includes teaching environment,nursing students themselves as well as patients with a teacher＇s many problems.In order to improve the quality of teaching pediatric nursing and let nursing students learn more useful knowledge for the future,we strengthen pediatric clinical practice before training and theoretical knowledge,and select the best teachers.The introduction of new teaching pattern for clinical teaching,the teaching process with emphasis on clinical skills to develop and improve nursing students communication skills and psychological qualities and strict examination are used.As an intern teaching hospital,the only constant efforts to improve the quality of teaching in order to ensure the development of culture adapt to the time requirements of the new professional nursing personnel.
