摘要
根据ITU-R P533和ITU-R P1239方法,利用我国2013年10月3条斜测电路的最高可用频率(MUF)数据,匹配出最合适的伪太阳黑子数,并利用其作为预测链路的太阳活动强度指数进行准实时预测。结果表明,该方法有着较好的适用性,通过利用预测时刻之前的数据对太阳活动强度进行定位,能够较为准确的预测MUF。
According to ITU-R P. 533 and ITU-R P1239, using the MUF for 3 oblique circuits during October 2013 to attain appropriate pseudo sunspot number, and use it as the solar activity factor for quasi real-time prediction of the circuits. It is shown that the method has good applicability, and by using the solar activity factor from the data before predict time can predict the MUF more accurately.
