Thyroid crisis, a severe symptoms of the exacerbation of hyperthyroidism, is often attributable to infection, internal environment change, surgieal tress, etc. Due to fateful outcome of thyroid erisis,active treatments are necessary. Here, we report a case of thyroid crisis after esophagectomy, with etiology analysis, treatment and outcome.
