高速铁路道岔下拉装置典型故障浅析

Typical Fault Analysis on High-speed Railway Turnout Pull Down Device

京津城际、京沪高速铁路的道岔所使用的下拉装置均为德国BWG公司生产的进口设备,在国内没有应用的实例。针对下拉装置的典型故障进行分析,从日常如何检查、检修到故障处理,提出了一些观点和想法,从而确保道岔下拉装置良好运用状态,确保高速铁路运输安全。

The pull down device used in the turnout on Beijing - Tianjin inter-city rail transit and Beijing -Shanghai high-speed railway are all imported from BWG company of Germany without any precedent applications in China. Through analyzing typical faults in the pull down device, we propose some opin- ions and ideas about daily inspection, repair, and failure handling to ensure that the switch pull down e- quipment can keep good state of use to ensure the safe operation of high speed railway transport.
