背俞指针疗法对胃食管反流病患者任督二脉穴位皮温与食管下括约肌压力的影响及其相关性探讨

Investigation on Influence of Finger Acupuncture on Back-Shu Point on Ren and Du Meridians Points Temperature and Lower Esophageal Sphincter Pressure of GERD

目的:观察背俞指针疗法对GERD患者任督二脉穴位皮温及食管下括约肌压力的影响,探讨二者的相关性。方法:观察对象为120例GERD合格受试者。治疗组60例行背俞指针疗法治疗,对照组60例予枸橼酸莫沙必利分散联合兰索拉唑肠溶片口服治疗,检测两组治疗前后、停治疗后半年食管下括约肌压力的变化情况;同时检测治疗前、治疗第7 d、治疗第14 d任督二脉穴位皮温的变化。结果:治疗后,两组患者食管下括约肌压力较治疗前均改善明显(P<0.05);停治疗后半年随访与治疗前相比,治疗组差异明显(P<0.05);而对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗第7 d与治疗第14 d任督二脉的穴位皮温均较治疗前上升明显(P<0.05);而对照组穴位皮温均较治疗前下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:任督二脉经气交会有利于下食管括约肌压力的改善;背俞指针疗法利于肝胆之气条达,肝升脾升,胆降胃降,达到改善脾胃的升降;该疗法通过膀胱之"俞"调"肝胆之枢"达到"以俞调枢"的目的。

Objective：To observe the effect of the finger acupuncture on Back - shu point on Ren and Du meridians main points skin temperature and lower esophageal sphincter pressure of GERD, and then to investigate the correlation be-tween them. Methods ： 120 patients with GERD were randomly chosen in this study. Therapy group＇s 60 cases were treated with finger on Back - shu points and control group＇s 60 cases were treated with lansoprazole tabletsa and dispersible mosapride citrate. We detected the lower esophageal sphincter pressure variation of two groups before and after treatment. At the same time, we tested the change of Ren and Du meridians main points skin temperature before treatment, treatment for seventh days and fourteenth days. Results ： After treatment,lower esophageal sphincter pressure of two groups patients were significantly improved （ P 〈 0.05 ） than those before treatment. After half a year follow - up, the treatment group had obvious difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with before treatment while the control group had no significant difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Ren and Du meridians main points skin temperature was increased significantly （ P 〈 0.05） in seventh days and fourteenth days compared with that before treatment while points temperature was decreased significantly （ P 〈 0.05 ） in the control group. Conclusion：The meridian Qi intersection of Ren and Du balance is conducive to improve lower esopha- geal sphincter pressure. The therapy of finger on Back - shu point can regulate the Qi of spleen and stomach as well as the Qi of liver and gallbladder. The therapy is to treat the Shu of bladder meridian in order to.regnlate the Shu of liver and gallbladder meridians.
