青蒿素及其衍生物在抗血液系统肿瘤中的研究进展

Progress on Anti-Tumor in Hematology System of Artemisinin and Its Derivative

青蒿素及其衍生物在体内外具有较强的抗肿瘤活性,其机制主要与诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管生成、使肿瘤细胞内钙离子升高等有关。目前,该类药物在血液系统中的抗肿瘤作用已得到研究者认可,但作用机制尚未得到统一。现对其抗肿瘤机制研究进展及在血液病中的应用做一综述以供临床参考。

Artemisinin and its derivative have a strong antitumor activity in vitro and in vivo. The main mechanisms are related, inducing tumor cell apoptosis, inhibiting angiogenensis of tumor, increasing intracellular calcium ion of tumor cells, and so on. Currently, the anti - tumor effect of these drugs in the hematology system has been approved by research- ers,although the mechanisms have not fully uniformed. This review summarizes the progress on the anti - tumor mechanisms of artemisinin and its derivative in hematology system and provides some references for clinical applications.
