畲医肚翻痧的诊疗规范及应用研究

Clinics Norms and Application Research of Belly Turning Measles in She Medicine

目的:分析、整理畲医对肚翻痧的诊断及治疗特色。方法:通过深入浙江、福建等畲族村镇,走访近百名畲医,整理畲医对肚翻痧的诊痧、辨痧、论治经验及理论,全面总结并归纳出畲医对肚翻痧的病因病机、诊断与鉴别、疗法等理论与技术。结果:制定畲医肚翻痧的诊疗规范。结论:认为畲医肚翻痧的诊疗方法能够有效地提高肚翻痧的疗效、诊疗安全性及患者的生存质量,促进畲医药适宜技术在基层推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the normal diagnosis and treatment of she medicine of bellyturning measles . Methods：Through furtherstudied of she nationality villages and small townsin Zhejiang and Fujian province, and visited hundreds of traditional she medicine doctors. Simultaneously, this thesis group have arranged diagnose measles, discriminate measles, experience and theory of diagnosis and treatment. Finally, comprehensive summing up and work out a series of technical specifications with respect to belly turning measles of traditional she medicine, the etiological factor and patho- genesis, diagnosis and differential, treatment, application and so on. Results ： Work out the Specification , of which include diagnosis and treatment of she medicine of belly turning measles . Conclusion：Thenormal diagnosis and treatment of she medicine of belly turning measles ,which be able to effectively enhance curative effect, security of diagnosis and treatment, patients＇quality of life etc, promote popularization and application of appropriate technology of she medicine in base course.
