摘要
目的:探讨灵芝孢子油与环磷酰胺(CTX)合用对肝癌实体瘤(HepS)的增效减毒作用以及对免疫功能的影响。方法;建立ICR鼠肝癌实体瘤(HepS)模型,将模型小鼠随机分为:模型组;灵芝孢子油组;CTX组;灵芝孢子油+CTX组;分别观察以上药物对T淋巴细胞酯酶染色;溶血素抗体生成;DNCB诱导的迟发型变态反应和脏器系数、抑瘤率以及WBC的影响。结果:CTX可使肝癌实体瘤鼠体重明显减轻,瘤重明显减小,抑瘤率为84.2%,但胸腺萎缩;胸腺系数明显降低,血液中WBC数明显减少;T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率明显减少,炭粒吞噬廓清能力降低;DTH反应有降低的趋势。灵芝孢子油与CTX合用对肝癌实体瘤鼠瘤重明显减小,抑瘤率为45.0%,胸腺系数未见明显变化;血液中的WBC明显升高,T淋巴细胞酯酶染色率明显增加;吞噬指数K和吞噬系数a明显增高;具有增强炭粒吞噬廓清能力和促进DTH反应的作用。结论:CTX与灵芝孢子油合用可提高灵芝孢子油的抑瘤作用,同时可减轻CTX的不良反应,改善和增强机体免疫功能。
Objective : To investigate the efficacy enhancing, toxicity reducing and immune function of Ganoderma spore oil combined with cyclophosphamide to the HepS mice. Method:ICR mice were inoculated hepatocarcinoma Heps cell and then divided randomly into three groups:model group( Ganoderma spore oil), cyclophosphamide (CTX)group, Ganoderma spore oil combined with CTX groups. We respectively observed the effects of CTX and Ganoderma spore oil on T lymphocytes esterase staining, Hemolysin antibody formation, DNCB -induced delayed -type hypersensitivity, organ coefficient, inhibition rate of tumor and WBC. Result : CTX eased the HepS mice weight and tumor weight significantly and the inhibition rate of tumor was 84.22%. Thymic atrophy,Thymic coefficient and WBC were decreased. The rate of T lymphocytes esterase staining was decreased and the capacity of Carbon particles phagocytic clearance was weakened. DTH reactions were decreased. CTX combined with Ganoderma spore oil can reduce HepS mice tumor weight and the inhibition rate of tumor was 45%. Thymic coefficient did not change obviously and WBC was increased. The rate of T lymphocytes esterase staining was increased. Phagocytic index K and Phagocytic coefficient A were increased. It has enhanced phagocytic clearance capacity of carbon particles and promoted the role of DTH responses. Conclusion : CTX combined with Ganoderma spore oil can enhance the anti- tumor effect ,reduce the side effects of CTX, enhance and improve immune function.
