摘要
目的:优化扶正康复合剂的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交表,选择溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数等3个因素,每个因素设3个水平,以人参皂苷含量、总多糖含量和浸膏得率为综合考察指标,优化扶正康复合剂的提取工艺。结果:优选的提取工艺条件为A2B2C3,即加9倍量水,提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定,可用于扶正康复合剂的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of Fuzheng Kangfu Mixture. Methods:The extracting condi- tions were optimized by using L9 (3^4 ) orthogonal table. Employing the content of ginsenoside and total polysaccharide and the extraction ratio of extractum as indexes, the effects of the amount of water, the extraction time, times of extraction on the extracting process were investigated. Each effect had three levels. Results:The optimal extraction condition was A2 B2C3:9 times the volume of water, extracting for 3 times, each time 1 h. Conclusion:The optimization of the process is stable and can be used for the preparation of Fuzheng Kangfu Mixture.
