胃癌血瘀证患者P53、VEGF在胃癌组织中表达的关系研究

Study on Relationship between Expression of Gastric Cancer Patients with Blood Stasis Syndrome of P53 and VEGF in Gastric Carcinoma

目的:探讨胃癌血瘀证患者p53、VEGF在胃癌组织中表达的关系,为胃癌的中医分型提供一定的理论依据。方法:选择2011年3月—2013年3月我院收治的经手术治疗的胃癌患者80例,按照中医分型将其分为血瘀证组以及非血瘀证组,每组40例,采用免疫组化方法比较两组患者胃癌组织中p53以及VEGF的表达情况。结果:血瘀证组患者胃癌组织p53阳性表达率为77.50%,非血瘀证组患者胃癌组织p53阳性表达率为42.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血瘀证组患者胃癌组织VEGF阳性表达率为92.50%,非血瘀证组患者胃癌组织VEGF阳性表达率为57.50%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:p53以及VEGF可能为胃癌血瘀证患者的物质基础之一,同时p53与VEGF在胃癌组织中的表达可以作为胃癌血瘀证患者的一种辅助诊断指标。

Objective ： To investigate the relationship between the expressions of gastric cancer patients with blood stasis P53 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma tissues,which provides a theoretical basis for the TCM syndrome types of gastric cancer. Methods： From 2011 March - March 2013 in our hospital,80 cases confirmed by operation with gastric cancer, according to TCM syndrome types were divided into blood stasis syndrome group and non blood stasis syndrome group,40 cases in each group, using immunohistochemical method compared two groups gastric carcinoma and the expression condition of VEGF P53. Results ： Blood stasis group＇s gastric cancer tissue P53 positive expression rate was 77.50%. The posi- tive expression P53 of non blood stasis group was 42.50% and there were statistically significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Blood stasis group＇s gastric cancer tissue positive expression rate of VEGF was 92.50% and non blood stasis syndrome patients＇positive expression of VEGF rate was 57.50% and there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： P53 and VEGF may be one of the material basis of blood stasis syndrome in patients with gastric cancer,and the expressions P53 and VEGF in gastric carcinoma tissues can be used as an auxiliary index for the diagnosis of blood stasis syndrome in patients with gastric cancer.
