气相色谱/质谱联用技术分析海南新鲜马缨丹花及嫩枝叶挥发油的研究

摘要 目的:利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)分析海南新鲜马缨丹(Lantana camara L.)花及枝叶中挥发油的含量与成分。方法:利用挥发油提取器对花和枝叶中的挥发油进行提取,并利用气相色谱/质谱联用技术(GC/MS)对海南新鲜马缨丹(Lantana camara L.)花及枝叶中的挥发油成分种类与含量进行分析,通过计算机图谱以及面积的归一化法对挥发油的成分进行定性和定量分析与鉴定。结果:海南省产的新鲜的马缨丹的花以及嫩枝嫩叶中的挥发油的提取率分别为:0.17%、0.28%(v/w),分别鉴定出了70和88种不同的成分。结论:海南省产的马缨丹的花和嫩枝嫩叶中的挥发油的主要成分为倍半萜类,其中主要包括:大根香叶烯D、大根香叶烯B、葎草烯、甘香烯、古巴烯等。 Objective : To study the use of gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) on analysis of Hainan fresh Lantana (Lantana camara 1. ) flowers and leaves in the volatile oil content and composition. Methods: In this paper, with the use of volatile oil extractor, flowers and leaves volatile oil was extraetedby using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) for Hainan fresh Lantana (Lantana eamara 1. ) flowers and leaves and the component types and contents of volatile oil were analyzed. Through the computer mapping as well as the area normalization method, the qualitative and quantitative analysis and evaluation of volatile oil were carried out. Results : Hainan fresh lantana flowers twigs and leaves of the volatile oil extractionswere respectively0.17% ,0.28% (v/w), identifying 70 and 88 kinds of different ingredients. Conclusion : Hainanlantana flowers twigs and leaves main components of the volatile oil mainly includebig root myrcene D,root myrcene B,humulus scandens ene, sweet ene,Cuba ene, etc.
