炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与散结镇痛胶囊联合治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Combined Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and Sanjie Zhentong Capsule in Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与散结镇痛胶囊联合治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果。方法:2011年2月—2013年8月收治的96例内异症患者,按随机数字表法将纳入病例分为观察组和对照组,对应随机数字为偶数者为观察组,奇数者为对照组,每组48例。对照组于月经第5天开始给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,口服,1片/次,1次/天,21 d为1个周期,连续服用6个月经周期。观察组在此基础上加用散结镇痛胶囊,于月经来潮第1 d开始服药,4粒/次,3次/d,连续6个月。结果:观察组总有效率为95.83%(46/48),对照组为83.33%(40/48),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.76,P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后疼痛评分均较治疗前均有明显改善(t=8.87、5.95,P<0.05);两组比较,观察组治疗后疼痛评分显著低于对照组(t=4.21,P<0.05)。两组患者均未发生明显的药物相关不良反应。观察组22例不孕患者妊娠17例(77.27%),对照组23例不孕患者妊娠9例(39.13%),两组妊娠率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.45,P<0.05)。结论:相比单用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,炔雌醇环丙孕酮片与散结镇痛胶囊联合治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效更优,更能减轻疼痛程度,提高妊娠率,无不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate the Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and Sanjie Zhentong capsules in the treatment of endometriosis effect. Methods：From February 2011 to August 2013 in our hospital ,96 cases of endometriosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The corresponding random number was even in the observation group,odd as control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets on the fifth day of the menstrual cycle orally, 1 tablet each time, once a day,21 days for 1 cycle,taking 6 consecutive menstrual cycles. Observation group added Sanjie Zhentong capsule from the first day of menstruation ,4 capsules for each time,3 times/day, for 6 consecutive months. Results： The total effective rate of observation group was 95.83% （46/48） and the control group＇ s was 83.33% （40/48）. The difference was statistically significant （ X2 = 4.76,P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups pain scores after treatment were significantly improved （ t = 8.87,5.95, P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of pain after treatment in observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ t = 4.21 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Two groups patients were not associated with significant adverse drug reactions. In the observation group＇s 22 cases,17 cases were pregnant （77.27%）. The control group had 9 cases pregnancy （39.13%）. The difference was statistically significant and pregnancy rates between the two groups were significant （ X2 = 4.45, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Compared with single Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets, Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets and Sanjie Zhentong capsules in the treatment of endometriosis has better effect and can alleviate pain, improve the pregnancy rate, and there are no adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
