李友林“温润辛金培本”外治法治疗过敏性疾病的思路

Li Youlin' s Thoughts of External Therapy of Wenrun Xinjin Peiben in Treatment of Allergic Disease

过敏性疾病属于变态反应性疾病,分为发作期和缓解期,因其病机复杂,症状多样,治疗多以对症治疗为主,尚无较好的治本之法,因过敏源众多,对其预防更是束手无策。导师李友林教授认为过敏性疾病的病机本质是"本虚标实",其病位在于肺、脾、肾三脏,其基本病理为寒热虚实错杂,脏腑功能不足是其发生演变的基础,以此理论总结出"温润辛金培本"的治疗原则,在此基础上形成"温润辛金培本"外治法,该方法注重调整脏腑整体功能,从改善疾病本质入手,经过临床实践,取得较好疗效。文章阐述了李友林教授运用本法治疗过敏性疾病的理论基础及思路,并附医案加以说明,以期对临床治疗有所启发。

Allergic disease is divided into attack stage and remission stage. The disease is complicated in pathogenesis and symptoms. The symptomatic treatment is essential and there is no effective approach for the root cause of disease. Because of numerous allergens, the prevention is helpless on the disease. Prof. Li Youlin thought the essential pathogenesis of allergic disease is＂ deficiency in the root and excess in the symptoms＂. The involved organs are lung, spleen and kidney. The basic pathology is mixture of cold, heat, deficien- cy and excess. The dysfunction of zangfu organs is the basis for the evolution of disease. The basic principle of treatment is＂ wenrun xinyin peiben＂ （moistening the lung and cultivating the kidney）and the external therapy is used. This method emphasizes on the holistic adjustment of zangfu function and the satisfactory efficacy has been achieved in clinical practice. The theoretic foundation of this therapy for allergic disease was introduced in the paper and explained with medical cases so as to enlighten the clinical treatment.
