补肾降压法治疗原发性高血压108例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 108 Cases of Primary Hypertension Treated with Bushen Jiangya Therapy

目的观察补肾降压法治疗108例原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法通过108例运用补肾降压法治疗原发性高血压病阴虚阳亢证患者临床资料,进行数据采集与统计分析,对治疗前后血压指标改善程度及症状积分进行分析评价。结果运用补肾降压法治疗后,108例原发性高血压阴虚阳亢证患者治疗前后血压、症状积分有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01)。从症候聚类分析结果可以看出,用药前中等症状者居多,用药后较轻者增多,较重者及中等者均减少。结论补肾降压法治疗原发性高血压阴虚阳亢证具有一定效果。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on 108 cases of primary hypertension treated with bushen jiangya therapy. Methods The clinical data were collected for statistical analysis on 108 cases of primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity pattern treated with bushen jiangya therapy. The analytic evaluation was done on blood pressure improvement and symptom score before and after treatment. Results After treated with bushen jiangya therapy, the blood pressure and symptom scores were improved obviously in 108 cases of primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity pattern in comparison before and after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The results of symptom clustering analysis showed that there were more moderate symptoms before medication, there were more mild symptoms and the cases of severe and moderate symptoms were all reduced after medication. Conclusion The bushen jiangya therapy achieves a certain effect on primary hypertension of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.
