电蜡疗结合中药离子导入辅助治疗慢性胃炎的疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Electric Kerotherapy and Chinese Herbal Iontophoresis in the Auxiliary Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的观察电蜡疗结合中药离子导入辅助治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将60例慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用常规口服胃黏膜保护剂和胃动力剂方法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上增加电蜡疗并结合中药离子导入治疗。治疗15 d后比较两组临床疗效和症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为86.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后各临床症状均明显改善或消失,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后部分临床症状均明显改善,与治疗前相比仅胃脘痛及胃脘胀症状差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电蜡疗结合中药离子导入治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效显著,可较好改善患者胃脘胀、胃脘痛、腹胀、食欲减退及嗳气等临床症状。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electric kerotherapy and Chinese herbal iontophroesis in the auxiliary treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods Sixty cases of chronic gastritis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 cases in each one. In the control group, gastric mucosa protectant and gastric dynamic agent were prescribed for routine oral administration. In the treatment group, on the basis of the treatment as the control group, the electric kerotherapy and Chinese herbal iontophroesis were supplemented. In 15d of treatment ,the clinical efficacy and symptoms were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and was 86.7% in the control group, indicating the significant difference in comparison （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the treatment group, all of the clinical symptoms were apparently relieved or disappeared after treatment, indicating the significant difference as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In the control group, a part of clinical symptoms were apparently relieved. The significant difference presented in the improvement on eipgastric pain and distention as compared with those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The electric kerotherapy and Chinese herbal iontophroesis in the auxiliary treatment of chronic gastritis achieve the significant efficacy on chronic gastritis. This combined therapy effectively relieves epigastrie distention and pain, abdominal distention, anorexia, belching, etc.
