摘要
为了探索棉花叶片、加工番茄叶片、加工番茄青果和加工番茄红果对棉铃虫幼虫生长发育的影响,测定棉花叶片和加工番茄的果实等组织器官的主要物质含量,分析影响棉铃虫幼虫生长发育的因素。结果表明:以加工番茄叶片饲喂的棉铃虫上幼虫发育历期最短16.04 d、幼虫存活率最高54.44%,蛹羽化率最高83.58%,以加工番茄红果发育历期最长26.17 d,幼虫成活率最低3.67%,蛹羽化率最低0.00%。因此,4种食料中棉铃虫的适合度为:加工番茄叶片>棉花叶片>加工番茄青果>加工番茄红果。棉花叶片、加工番茄叶片和果实中的营养成分差异较大,其中加工番茄叶片的可溶性蛋白含量最高为15.14%、C/N为0.91;加工番茄红果可溶性蛋白含量最低为3.04%、C/N为9.65。因此,植物组织内的可溶性糖含量低、C/N小、含水量和可溶性蛋白含量高有利于棉铃虫生长发育。
Being reared with cotton leaves,processing tomato leaves, processing tomato cyan fruits and processing tomato red fruits in the laboratory, influence of different four host plants on growth of larvae of cotton bollworms was observed.By analyzing the chemical contents of four host plants,we tried to explain the effect of the development of cotton bollworms feeding on different plants organizations from cotton and processing tomato.The results indicated that feeding on processing tomato leaves,the shortest larval developmental duration was 16.04 d,the highest larval survival rate was 54.44% and the highest emergence rate was 83.58%,respectively.Conversely,feeding on processing tomato red fruits,the longest larval developmental duration was 26.17 d,the lowest larval survival rate was 3.67% and the lowest emergence rate was 0.00%,respectively. Therefore,the fitness of 4 kinds of food for cotton bollworms was that processing tomato leaf〉cotton leaf〉processing tomato cyan fruit〉processing tomato red fruit.The chemical contents had obvious differences among four host organizations.The soluble protein content of processing tomato leaf was the highest for 15.14% and C/N 0.91 respectively,and the soluble of protein content of processing tomato red fruit was the lowest for 3.04% and C/N 9.65.Our results showed that the lower soluble sugar content and C/N,higher water content and soluble protein content in plant organization benefit the development of cotton bollworms.
