摘要
为了研究鹌鹑早期性别分化时期基因的表达情况,本研究利用数字表达谱技术(DGE)对发育至第3天的雌性鹌鹑胚胎和雄性鹌鹑胚胎进行研究。结果显示:建立了雌性鹌鹑胚胎和雄性鹌鹑胚胎2个DGE文库,对比分析后得到了34个差异表达的基因,其中雌性胚胎相对于雄性胚胎10个为上调基因,24个为下调基因,通过对这些差异基因进行GO/KO富集性分析,筛选出了4个跟性别分化相关的基因,分别为HINT1、ASW、HSD17B4基因和未知功能的ID为ENSGALG00000013312的基因。
To study the gene expression level during early sexual differentiation in quail, the embryos of male and female for development to third days were selected as the experimental materials in this study using Digital Gene Expression Profiling (DGE) method. The female and male quail embryos were collected for the two DGE libraries construction, and 34 different expression level genes were obtained in different sex groups after the comparision analysis.10 of them were up-regulated and 24 of them were down-regulated. Through the GO/KO analysis of these different expression genes, four genes related with sex differentiation were selected out, which were HINT1,ASW,HSD17B4 and the uncertain ID gene ENSGALG00000013312.
