经皮冷冻球囊导管消融治疗阵发性心房颤动患者的术中护理 被引量:10

摘要 对6例阵发性心房颤动患者行经皮冷冻球囊导管消融术,均顺利完成手术,术中及术后未发生膈神经麻痹等手术相关并发症。全面了解冷冻球囊导管消融手术过程,做好术前准备,熟悉各种物品及设备的使用方法和注意事项;术中给予患者心理支持,了解不良症状发生情况,严密观察生命体征,监测活化凝血酶原时间,加强气胸、急性心脏压塞、膈神经麻痹、血管迷走神经反射、疼痛、咳嗽等症状的监护,是确保手术顺利完成的重点措施。
