摘要
目的探讨分组认知行为干预法减轻急诊科护士压力的有效性。方法将68名急诊科护士分层随机分为常规组与干预组各34名。干预组根据护士感知的压力不同划分为不同亚组,选定针对性主题,在2名辅导员带领下接受认知行为干预;常规组不划分亚组,无固定主题。干预前与干预4个月后分别采用护士职业倦怠量表、护士工作压力源量表、焦虑自评量表进行评价。结果干预后干预组职业倦怠量表、工作压力源量表及焦虑量表评分显著低于常规组(均P<0.05)。结论分组认知行为疗法可改善急诊科护士职业倦怠及工作压力,降低焦虑水平。
Objective To observe the effectiveness of cluster cognitive-behavioral therapy (C-CBT)on relieving stress of emergency nurses. Methods Sixty-eight emergency nurses were equally divided into two groups using stratified random method. The interven- tion group were categorized into different subgroups according to their perceptions of stress, then 2 coaches provided target C-CBT based on the different themes. The control group were not sub-grouped and received CBT without themes. After 4-month interven- tion, the effect was assessed by using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), Nurse Job Stressors Scale (NJSS), and the Self-ra- ting Anxiety Scale (SAS). Results The intervention group scored significantly lower in the MBI, NJSS, and SAS than the control group (P〈0.05 for all). Conclusion C-CBT can relieve burnout, stress, and anxiety of emergency nurses.
