摘要 According to Austrian "Der Standard" on October 3rd, 2014, U.S. retail giant GAP opened its first store in Austria. The 550 square-meter store is located in the famous Danube business center in Vienna, selling mid-range clothing. Stefan Laban, senior international vice president of GAP, said that Austria is a market with fierce competition and high purchas- ing power, suitable for American casual style to succeed here. GAP plans to open five or six stores in major cities of Austria in two or three years.
