摘要
以硝酸铈铵为引发剂,在微波条件下,对壳聚糖与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵接枝反应的因素进行进行分析。结果表明最佳条件为:单体与壳聚糖的质量比为3:1,温度为40℃,引发剂浓度为0.5mmol/L,时间是15min,微波功率为300W。通过红外光谱图对共聚物进行了表征;共聚物在固色性能上比固色剂有了较大的提高。
With cerium ammonium nitrate as the initiator, chitosan-DMDAAC graft copolymer was synthesized under microwave radiation. Factors that affect graft copelymerization were discussed. The optimum conditions were confirmed: the monomer to chitosan mass ratio 3:1, the reaction temperature 40℃, the initiator concentration 0.5mmol/L, reaction time 15min, microwave power 400W. the structure a of the products were characterized by using infrared spectroscope (FFI). the fixing effection of chitosan polymer has greatly improved than fixing agent.
