摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,对避免过度使用化学品,采用对周围环境无害或少害的原料制成并对人体健康无害的纺织产品的要求也相应提高。因此,天然材料在后整理中的开发前景和应用空间变得越来越广阔。本文采用具有生物相容性和可生物降解性的壳聚糖和从一种产于中国的中草药黄岑中经过提取精制加工制得的有效成分黄芩甙提取物对毛织物进行抗菌整理。通过实验对整理后织物的抑菌性能进行测试分析,结果表明整理后的织物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌抑菌效果较好,抑菌率在92%以上,水洗20次后金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率仍在80%以上,并基本保留织物原有风格及服用性能。抗菌整理对白度和透气性影响不大。通过实验确定了最佳抗菌剂浓度为20g/L-25g/L,最佳焙烘温度为110℃。
As people's living standards rising, people's demand for textiles are also improved. Therefore, the natural materials become more and more important. In this paper, using chitosan which has biocompatibility and biodegradable characteristics and baicalin that is the effective components extracted through the refining process from scutellaria. The experiments results showed that the Antibacterial effect of the finished fabric is good to escherichia coli, staphylococcus and bacillus subtilis, inhibition rate is more than 92%, after washing 20 times the inhibition of staphylococcus rate is still more than 80% , and basically keep the original style and taking the performance of the fabrics. The whiteness and permeability are little affected by antibacterial finishing. Through the experiment we determined that the best concentration of antibacterial agent is 20g/L-25g /L, the best curing temperature is 110 ℃.
