就业难、压力大是当前高校就业工作面临的一个重要问题。如何克服职业指导工作中存在的不足,强化"精细化"职业指导工作,这是当前高校做好就业工作的关键。"精细化"职业指导包括"四性"要素,即规范性的职业指导系统、针对性的职业指导服务、可操作性的职业指导举措、可持续性的职业指导过程。

Employment crisis and intensive stress are crucial problems in current situations among graduates. The key to the arrangement of employment work at colleges and universities is to overcome deficiencies and provide detailed guidance in career instruction. Detailed career guidance consists of four key elements： standardized systems, pertinent service, feasible measures and sustainable processes.
