摘要 针对建筑围护结构能耗检测的实际困难,提出一种评价围护结构能耗的简化方法。在等效能耗模型的基础上,用室内外温度时间序列的相关系数和均方差比来度量围护结构的等效隔热性能。对简化的围护结构传热模型的分析结果表明,室内外温度的相关系数和均方差比与围护结构等效热工参数之间存在单调的关系;通过对完整的房间热平衡模型的数值模拟,进一步得到了相关系数和均方差比与围护结构等效热导率的依赖关系。对简化房间能量平衡模型进行的计算结果表明,随着等效热导率的增大,室内外温度时间序列的均方差和相关系数逐渐增大,并无限趋近1。 For the practical difficulties in building envelope's energy consumption evaluation, a simplified evaluation method for assessing energy performance of building is proposed. On the basis of the equivalent energy consumption model, use the correlation coefficient and variance ratio of the in and out temperature to measure the energy performance of building. The analysis results of the heat transfer model of the simplified building envelope shows that, there is a monotonous relationship between the correlation coefficient and variance ratio of indoor and outdoor temperature and the equivalent thermal parameter of building envelope. The equivalent thermal parameter and heat conductivity coefficient is obtained through the numerical simulation of the room's heat balance model to the model dependency between. The calculation results of the energy balance model of simplified room show that both indoor and outdoor temperature variance and correlation coefficient increase gradually and infinite approach one with the increase of the equivalent thermal conductivity.
