基于绿色增长核算方法的中国省际经济差距来源分析

An Analysis of the Source of Chinese Provincial Economic Gap Based on Green Growth Accounting Method

通过构建绿色经济增长核算模型,测算中国省区经济增长的源泉,并利用虚拟增长分布法和状态空间模型分析要素投入和绿色全要素生产率及构成对中国省际经济差距的影响。研究认为:绿色技术效率对中国省际经济差距影响最大,其次为资本深化和绿色技术进步的作用,而人力资本对中国省际经济差距的影响最小;围绕加快绿色技术进步和提升绿色技术效率,提出改善绿色全要素生产率以缩小中国省际经济差距的对策建议。

By constructing the accounting model of green economic growth ,the paper estimates the source of economic growth of China＇s provincial regions ,then analyzes the impact of factors input and green T FP on China＇s provincial economic gap by using virtual grow th distribution method and state space model .The study found that green technical efficiency has the greatest effect on the provincial economic disparities in China ,followed by capital deepening and green technical progress ,the human capital has a minimal impact on China＇s provincial economic gap . Finally , around to speed up the green technical progress and improve green technical efficiency ,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve green TFP and narrow the gap between Chinese provincial economies .
