摘要
本文设计了一款基于无线传感技术的低功耗无线多跳网络振动传感器实现结构三轴振动的过程检测。采用高精度加速度传感器拾取振动信息,通过二阶巴特沃斯有源滤波器进行信号调理,最后通过基于Zigbee的无线传感器网络进行无线多跳网络的组建和数据的发送,进行多传感器数据融合。实验证明本设计具有良好的精度和可操作性,具有数据溯源和存储能力,能够进行连续过程检测。
This paper designs a method of continuous process vibration detection based on wireless sensing technology with low-power wireless multi-hop network triaxial vibration sensor. The design uses high-precision vibration acceleration sensors to pick up information with signal conditioning by second-order Butterworth filter, builds up a multi-hop network, transmits data through wireless Zigbee-based wireless sensor network, and realizes true multi-sensor data fusion. Experiments show that this design has good accuracy and operability with data traceability and storage capacity, and is able to detect a continuous process.
