碱激发矿渣胶凝材料膨胀性能研究

摘要 以矿粉、粉煤灰为胶凝材料,水玻璃和氢氧化钠配制激发剂进行碱激发矿渣胶凝材料膨胀性能研究。研究发现以硫铝酸钙-氧化钙类膨胀剂和氧化镁作为外加剂掺入胶凝材料中可以大大减小碱激发矿渣胶凝材料的干缩性能,密封和水养条件要比自然养护条件下干缩率小,且以水玻璃和氢氧化钠混合的激发剂制备的碱激发胶凝材料其干缩12d左右基本趋于稳定。 This paper do expansion properties analysis of alkali-activated slag cementitious material by using slag, fly ash as cementitious materials, and using water glass, sodium hydroxide preparation activator. Study found that adding sulphoaluminate-calcium oxide and magnesium oxide into the alkali-activated slag cementitious material can greatly reduced its shrinkage properties. The shrinkage is smaller in the curing condition of sealing and water than that of nature, and its shrinkage reach stable at the age 12 d with the activator that preparer by water glass and sodium hy- droxide.
