Management of Urban Architecture Design

近些年建筑行业得到了前所未有的发展,新建了大量的建筑物,如体育馆、火车站、学校、小区、新农村、实验室等,但在建筑设计施工管理方面仍存在诸多的问题。该文依次介绍了建筑设计管理中存在的主要问题、提高建筑设计管理的有效措施、建筑设计管理需考虑的方面等内容。

In recent years, the construction industry has been unprecedented development, and many buildings has been built, such as gymnasiums, train stations, schools, communities, new countryside, laboratories and so on. But there are still many problems in management of architecture design and construction. In this paper, main problems existing in the management of architecture design, the effective measures to improve the management of architectural design, aspects considered in the management of architecture design are introduced.
