Research on the legal guarantee of flowing population's entitlement to take a vacation in traditional holidays

对少数民族流动人口传统节日休假权的保护,事关进一步完善民族权益保障。本文在总结相关法律法规的基础上,从立法主体、休假权制度设计和法定节假日体系构建三个层面,展开对少数民族流动人口传统节日休假制度的研究。

The protection of flowing ethnic population~ entitlement to take a vacation in traditional holidays c9ncerns further improvement to the guarantee of ethnic rights and interests. This paper first concludes relevant laws and regulations, then investigates on the flowing ethnic population~ vacation system for traditional holidays, from three levels of legislation, institutional design of holiday entitlement, and constitution of legal holidays.
