摘要
文章借鉴和吸收传播学"5W"模式的理论成果、研究方法和实践经验,对现代德育过程中的基本要素依次展开分析。通过对教育者图像再刻画、德育符号再透视、德育媒介再分析、德育对象再思考和德育效果的再研究,探寻现代德育在理念建构和实践定位中,要尊重受者的主体性和个体差异性、体现传者的主导性和示范性、注重内容与方法的现实性与互动性、把握新兴媒介的时代性与规律性,使现代德育富于创造性,增强实效性。
The article analyses the basic elements of the process in modern moral education by drawing on and learning from the theoretical achievements,research methods and practical experience of"5W"mode theory in mass communication.Based on the re-depiction of the image of moral educators,re-examination of the moral educational symbols,re-analysis of the moral educational medium,re-consideration of the moral educational objects,and re-study of the moral educational effects,we may conclude that we should respect the subjectivity and individual differences of objects,present the dominant and demonstrational role of communicators,emphasize the reality and interactivity between contents and methods,master the epochality and regularity of new media in discovering the ideal construction and practical orientation of modern moral education,so as to aggrandize the creativity and effectivity of modern moral education.
