摘要
教师德育专业化是教师专业素养中德育维度的专业化,教师德育专业化的内容包括专业德育知识、专业德育能力以及专业德育情感。师德培训、德育科研以及自我教育是教师德育专业化的途径。在"实践取向"的指导下,通过德育叙事、德育案例研究、德育合作研讨和德育专题考察等具体方法提高教师德育专业素养,从而促进教师德育专业化。
Teachers'moral education professionalization refers to the professionalization of moral education dimension in teachers' professional quality,including professional moral education knowledge,capability,and emotion.Teachers'morality training,moral education research and selfeducation are the routes.Teachers'professional quality could be improved through such methods as moral education narration,case study and seminar under the guide of"practice orientation",which in turn promotes the professionalization of teachers'moral education.
