摘要
从1984年到2012年,我国国家行政机构先后颁布11项涉及师德建设的国家政策,构成一个完整的政策演进过程。总体而言,师德建设的政策演进呈现出转型的态势,即从口号动员转向法制保障;从抽象模糊转向具体清晰;从总体适用转向分类适用;从职业道德转向专业道德。
From 1984 to 2012,the state administrative agency has promulgated 11 policies related to teacher ethics construction.It's a complete process of policy evolution.The policies evolution of teacher ethics construction has indicated the following transformational characters:from slogan mobilization to legal safeguard;from the abstract to the concrete;from general application to specific application;from vocational ethics to professional ethics.
