摘要
大学教师作为教育者所享有的职业权利,作为大学或团体成员所享有的团体权利以及作为公民和劳动者所享有的公民权利与劳动者权利是教师权利的基本内容。在大学章程的视野,设计合理可行的大学教师权利体系,一方面要对教师的法定权利予以继承性的发展;另一方面可以在章程中尝试发展新的权利形态。为确保教师权利的实现,需要在大学章程中明确学校的职责与义务,同时还有必要通过配套制度确立相应的保障机制与措施。
Teachers'rights basically consist of their professional rights as educators , their group rights as university members or group members , and their civil rights as well as labor rights as citizens and labourers . To design reasonable and practical university teachers rights system in university regulations , on one hand , we should successively develop teachers'legal rights ; on the other hand , we can attempt to add new rights to the regulations . To ensure the realization of teachers'rights , universities' responsibilities and obligations must be stated in their regulations . Besides , relevant security mechanism and measures must be established according to matched system .
