摘要
中小学教师职前培养模式的现状主要体现为:其一,新型中小学教师职前培养模式竞相纷呈;其二,各类中小学教师职前培养模式改革逐步深入。中小学教师职前培养模式存在的问题主要有八方面:一是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的培养目标在定位上"高而空";二是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的课程体系普遍呈现"新瓶装旧酒"的格局;三是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的教学方式总体上是"形"变而"神"未变;四是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的师资力量相对薄弱;五是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的教学管理制度缺乏弹性;六是与本科层次中小学教师职前培养模式相应的培养过程与中小学实际明显分离;七是研究生层次的教师职前培养模式难以普遍推广;八是与本科层次及研究生层次教师职前培养模式相应的管理体制存在明显缺陷。
The present situation of pre‐service teachers'training mode is mainly reflected as follows:firstly , various types of pre‐service teachers'training modes appear;secondly , the reform of training modes is being deepened gradually . There are mainly eight problems in the primary and secondary school pre‐service teachers training mode . First , the corresponding objectives of undergraduate pre‐service teachers training mode are aimed too?high and empty" . Second , the corresponding curriculum system is showing the?old wine in new bottles" pattern . Third , the relevant teaching methods are only changed in form not in nature in comparison to old teaching mode . Fourth , the corresponding teacher resource is comparatively weak . Fifth , the corresponding teaching management system is kind of inflexible . Sixth , the training process is obviously detached from school's actual reality . Seventh , postgraduate pre‐service teachers training mode is difficult to popularize . Eighth , the management system for undergraduate and postgraduate pre‐service teachers training mode has evident defects .
