2012年大连市社区居民高血压相关知识知晓情况调查

Survey on the Awareness of Hypertension-related Knowledge Among Residents in Communities,Dalian City,2012

目的了解社区居民高血压患病率、治疗率、控制率及相关知识的知晓情况,为更有针对性地在社区内有效开展综合防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,对大连市内部分社区400名居民的一般情况、高血压患病情况、相关知识知晓情况等进行调查,并进行血压测量,然后进行数据的整理分析。结果调查的社区居民年龄平均(55.30±11.36)岁。400名调查对象中,高血压易患人群的知晓率为17.25%,其中患者和非患者分别是18.58%和16.72%(P>0.05);高血压诊断标准的知晓率为25.75%,其中,患者和非患者分别是30.97%和24.20%(P>0.05);高血压控制措施的知晓率为34.00%,其中,患者和非患者分别是26.55%和36.93%(P<0.05);高血压并发症的知晓率为19.75%,其中,患者和非患者分别是16.81%和20.91%(P>0.05);高血压最佳饮食的知晓率为27.00%,其中,患者和非患者分别是27.43%和26.83%。在高血压意识方面,文化程度的高低之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在高血压控制措施相关知识,家庭收入间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在其他高血压意识方面、家庭收入间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论大连市社区居民高血压相关知识的知晓率有待进一步提高,应采取综合性防治措施。

Objective To understand the awareness of hypertension-related knowledge of prevalence, treatment, and control among residents in communities, so as to provide scientific basis for further interventions on hypertension in communities. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on life-style ＆ relative knowledge of hypertension in communities of Dalian city. And each of them was examined by measuring the blood pressure. Results The average age of the pa- tients was 55. 30±11.36. The awareness of vulnerable ＆ diagnostic criteria ＆ treatment measures ＆ complication ＆ the best diet was 17.25 %, 25.75 %, 34.00 %, 19.75 % and 27.00 % respectively. The awareness of vulnerable, patients was 18.58 %, non patients was 16.72 % （ P 〉 0.05） ; The awareness of diagnostic criteria, patients was 30.97 %, non patients were 24.20%（ P 〉0.05） The awareness of treatment measures,patients was 26.55% ,non patients was 36.93% （ P〈 0.05） The awareness of complication, patients was 16.81%, non patients was 20. 91% （ P 〉0.05） ; The awareness of the best diet, patients was 27.43%, non patients was 26.83 % （ P 〉0. 05）. In the awareness of the hypertension knowledge, between the different cultural degree there was no significant difference. Between the different economic income there was no significant difference except treatment measures. Conclusion Comprehensive control measures should be taken to further raise the awareness of hypertension-related knowledge among residents in communities of Dalian city.
