流道仿真模拟技术在模头设计中的运用——以PMMA/PC/PMMA光学薄膜的模内共挤模头为例

摘要 本文以PMMA/PC/PMMA三层结构的光学薄膜模内共挤模头为例,运用国际同步的原料分析技术和流道模拟分析软件,对两种原材料的压力、温度及流速进行对比分析,从分析结果中得出各层物料进入模腔内的情况,在模头设计过程中参考以上数值,通过对流道的不断调整,使每层的压力基本接近并在合理范围,使得模内多层共挤技术的优势得到最大发挥。 This paper takes PMMA/PC/PMMA optical film mold three layer structure of the co extrusion die as an example, the use of the international synchronization analysis technology and raw material flow simulation analysis software of two kinds of raw materials, pressure, temperature and flow rate were compared and analyzed, draw the material of each layer into the mold cavity of the situation from the analysis results, refer to the above values in the mold the head of the design process, through the continuous adjustment of the flow channel, so that each layer pressure close to the basic and in reasonable range, making mould multi-layer coextrusion technology advantages to maximize play.
