针刺配合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎60例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 60 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease with Acupuncture and Ultrashort Wave

目的:观察针刺配合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将120例慢性盆腔炎患者按照就诊的先后顺序随机分为2组,治疗组60例采用针刺配合红外线照射法治疗,对照组采用环丙沙星片及甲硝唑片口服。观察比较两组的疗效。结果:治疗组治愈15例,显效22例,有效20例,无效3例,总有效率95%;对照组治愈8例,显效15例,有效21例,无效16例,总有效率73.3%。两组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺配合超短波治疗慢性盆腔炎有显著疗效。

The object of the research is to observe the clinical curative effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease under the acupuncture with ultrashort wave therapy .120 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patients according to the order of clinic were randomly divided into 2 groups, the treatment group of 60 patients with acupuncture with infrared irradiation treatment , while the control group adopts ciprofloxacin tablets and metronidazole tablets .Then Compare the curative effect of two groups .The Results show that the in the treatment group, 15 cases were cured, 22 cases were markedly improved, 20 cases considered effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95%; while 8 cases were cured in the control group , 15 cases were markedly effective, 21 cases were effective, ineffective in 16 cases, total effective rate was 73.3%.The curative effect of these two groups has significant differences （P 〈0.01）.It concludes that acupuncture with ultrashort wave treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant curative effect .
