摘要
以甲醇、甲基含氢硅油为原料,通过醇解反应制备了聚甲基甲氧基硅氧烷,考查了催化剂、溶剂及反应时29间对合成反应的影响,并通过傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR),核磁共振硅谱(Si-NMR)确认了产物结构。结果表明,29催化剂为季铵碱溶液,溶剂为四氢呋喃,反应温度为30℃,可得到澄清透明状液体,FT-IR及Si-NMR结果均表明产物结构中含有Si-O-CH基团,所得产物为聚甲基甲氧基硅氧烷,为该类聚硅氧烷的合成提供了一种新的方法。
Using methanol and polymethylhydrosiloxane as the raw materials the polymethylmethoxysiloxane was prepared through alcoholysis reaction. The influence of catalyst, solvent and reaction time on the synthesis reaction was studied and the structure of obtained product was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and nuclear magnetic resonance silicon spectroscopy (2OSi-NMIK). The results showed that clear and transparent liquid can be obtained in the presence of quaternary ammonium alkali solution as the catalyst and tetrahydrofuran as the solvent, the reaction temperature was controlled at 30℃.FT-IR and ^29Si-NMR results showed that Si-O-CH3 group existed in the structure of product, which meant the product was methyl methoxy siloxane. The study provided a new method for the synthesis of the poly siloxane.
