摘要
为了建立血液中葡萄糖随着时间变化的动态曲线,探讨三黄鸡对葡萄糖的吸收机理。试验采用口腔灌注给药的方式供给三黄鸡一定量的放射性葡萄糖,定时检测三黄鸡静脉血液中放射性葡萄糖的含量。结果表明:三黄鸡血清中放射性葡萄糖含量在灌注后0.5 h内达到最高水平,之后迅速下降,放射性葡萄糖在三黄鸡血清中停留时间不超过5 h。说明三黄鸡对葡萄糖的吸收速度很快。
To establish the time - varying dynamic curve of glucose in the blood, and further investigate the absorption mechanism of glucose ab- sorption in Sanhuang chicken. The content of radioactive glucose in the venous blood of Sanhuang chicken were measured at certain times after giving a certain amount of radioactive glucose by oral perfusion. The results showed that the content of radioactive glucose reached the highest level within 0.5 h after the perfusion, and then declined rapidly, and radioactive glucose stayed not more than 5 h. The results indicate that the glucose can be absorbed very quickly by Sanhuang chicken.
